And lol usually I look up meanings of names and see if they fit. Or I take regular/common names and revise them, sometimes change pronounciation. :3 For example:
Mary-> Mearli [I used this name lol
Cynthia-> Cinthea [I used this too xD]
Myron-> Moirin
And sometimes I base them on words!! :D

Wow, I'm amazed you're able to come up with that much stuff and write it patiently. My mind tends to get too excited so I end up skipping right to making a comic or something ( which I usually end up abandoning T.T) I'd love to read more.
