ive always been a sailor moon fan. so i made this. he name is Snow an shes a very big fan of the sailor scouts so she made a fan outfit. her story if i make a fan manga of sailor moon is she finally gets to meet the scouts. not thinking shes anything special she finds out she is a ghost from one of the scouts past. never been seen or never able to touch anything can be alot to deal with. hope u all like it an please comment. thanks everyone :D :D
