This is a chibi cat girl showing off her new fancy dress!
I drew her face in my sketch pad in a waiting room! I wanted to do something with her so this is what I came up with! I have been inspired by several artists & thier chibi style! That influence is shown in her face & eyes! Not sure if she is a new oc or a random girl pic! We'll see, if I draw her again I 'll give her a name then! #Cleolikeit #chibi #catgirl #dress
