Try free floating frames like I do. It may help, then again it might not be your style... It's up to you really

Oh, and just my oppinion: the equipment stickers are the only useful ones. (I haven't really noticed much difference with the other stickers)

I actually use stickers myself, but only on the hardest difficulty. It makes the difference from completely hopeless to just barely surviving.
