Thanks. I've had her ever since I was 11 years old. My life feels incomplete and empty without her. I feel so lost.

Yeah...it was the absolute worst thing I've ever gone through. I keep hearing her little barks, but she's not here. I keep thinking I'll see her, and I don't. I don't have a dog to feed every night, like I have for 13 years. Its an overwhelming sense of loss, and I don't think it will ever go away. I know she was suffering, and a peaceful death was a good thing, but I miss her so much. I guess I'm selfish that way.

It's ok to feel that way. I don't know or remember how it feels to loose a loved pet. I might know soon though...

Aww, that's so sad! *hugs* That reminds me of my grandparent's lab who was put down after 15 years of life. I am still grieving over her. But it was for the best of course, she was suffering a great deal.

Aww :( I had two dogs that I had since I was born that we had to put down when I was 10, it was sad....so I kinda know what you're going through.

I once had a dog named Mellissa, she was a Golden Retriever, I was 7 when she passed away, but I don't remember her passing. I believe God took away that memory, but I do remember that on the night she died, I had a dream that I was outside and letters were falling from the sky, I opened one and it said, "I'm okay, -From Mellissa" and when I woke up, I knew she was alright, and I'm am positive your dog is watching over you just like mine, I hope you feel better soon! c:>

I have never had a dog so I do not know what you are going through but, I do hope that she is up in doggy heaven having fun. I know that you will miss her dearly like you would any loved one. i went through this, too. libby, an 8 year old mutt, was in the yard with our pitbull. the pitbull, pixie, attacked her, severly, and it was the 4th attack that month. this time, pixie, the pitbull, bit. libby had to be put down, and i remember i cried so, so, much. pixie was put down too. this drawing is beautiful. i hope you feel better, and may is in a better place. <3

I missed this before. Glad I decided to come check up on you. -_- I feel for you. And I understand if you're still not going to post much. You need to be with the people close to you, and I respect that.
