Ill explain the Minians. They are very small (like Flabebe in Pokemon without the flower) but they can change into big things.
like how buneary and riolu evolve into Lopunny and Lucario.(another example- look at Meloetta) basicly they are human like when the change. They must have their necklace on to change. The scarf is just for show.(they dont have to have it) This one changes into a wolf that can stand on two legs and all fours.
