I figured it out by SlenderHalo
You all know about the New Nintendo 3ds, right? If not, just look it up on the interwebs. Anyways, New 3ds will come preinstalled with Flipnote 3d, so when it releases internationaly, it'll most likely also have Flipnote preinstalled, also meaning it'll most likely also release on the Eshop for normal 3ds users to play!
