I'm just gonna write a short one myself <3 ^^

Too hot, too bright, why's it so warm in here? It feels like I'm on fire.... Opening her heterochromatic eyes, Chemical sighed heavily. Her body was drenched in sweat, and her shirt clung to her like a tick on a lazy dog. "May as well," she paused to yawn, "Take a shower..." she said softly, inching out of bed and trudging down the hall to the bathroom.

"Hm... red or lavender..." the anthro wolf muttered as she held up each shirt to her bare body. "Well, I haven't worn pastels in a while...."

Out the door, up the road, to the store, get the refilled meds, come back. Simple. Well, it /WOULD/ be, if she didn't have such a fear of being near others. She stayed on the sidewalk, hands in her pockets and strutted swiftly, ignoring the glances of the passersby. Was the road longer today? Did the sidewalk seem crowded? Yes, it did. Well, it wasn't. At least, not outside the head of one with social anxiety.
Oh. She was here. Shaking her head Chemical stepped through the automated doors-

careful not to get her tail caught in it. It wouldn't, but... you never know, right?
She strided past everyone in the aisles, her heart rate quickening and sweat trickling down her brow.
With a huff, she leaned against the counter, and the pharmacist, a yellow lab, asked for her information. Chemical quickly obliged, eager to get the pills that kept her from hallucinating and being afraid.
It felt like hours before the bottle of pills was given to her. With a quick thanks the she-wolf gingerly, but quickly, shuffled away. She needed it. She needed it /NOW/. So she swallowed to pills, anything to keep the shadows from grabbing her and dragging her into the depths of-

She was on the ground. She hadn't realized she had run into someone. "U-um, I'm sorry..." she mumbled, trying to get to her feet. A large, cold hand grasped her wrist and pulled her up with ease. "U-um... I'll just..." Chemical moved from left to right, trying to pass the tall stranger.

Unfortunately he moved in sync with her, and they ended up blocking each other everytime they stepped.
"I'm sorry... er, this happens to me more often then I'd like to admit..." Chemical laughed awkwardly.
"Heh, same," the stranger replied. "You dropped something," he said, reaching down to grasp the bottle she had dropped.
"Oh..."
"It's a bit scratched... and there's a crack in the lid... I'm sorr-"
"No, don't be. I should've been paying attention to where I was going..."
"Hey, it's fine, the name's Wild by the way," he said, then narrowed his eyes through his shades, "You look pale... I can walk you home if you like."
"Oh! Um, you don't have to... but it'd be nice to have some company..." she said with a small, shy smile.
Wild smiled back, then walked with her down the road.
It didn't seem so long this time.
