Pikachu used Double team! Rayquaza used Hyper Beam! Rayquaza's attack missed! Pikachu used substitute! Rayquaza used Hyper Beam! Substitute took the damage! Pikachu recovered some health thanks to leftovers. Pikachu used Double team! Rayquaza needs to recharge... Pikachu used Substitute! blah blah blah... Pikachu used Toxic! Rayquaza was badly poisoned! Rinse and repeat. It's possible. reply to my painting if you want me to respond to comments.

...Pikachu is in trouble unless the trainer has a master ball or it knows a move like sheer cold that takes them, OR if it has a focus sash and endeaver.
Other than that, Pikachu is in serious danger...
