(I'm bad at explaining things, but I'll make an attempt)
The head and snout actually aren't bad! The body is what needs work.
On the frontal view lucario, the arms are too low. Try to draw them at the height of the side view lucario. And remember - lucario have shoulders, keep those in mind.
(I draw lucario with more human-ish shoulders.)
The aura sensors (the things on the back of lucario's head) are fairly large and hang down around the shoulder area.
