Meh, you don't need your blades. Usually, when I'm feeling down, I go for a walk outdoors. It used to be just a walk around the block for me, but now I'm walking several miles. It really helps keep me cool and collected. Can you find something that helps you? Preferably something that doesn't involve hurting yourself..
