The creature itself looks gorgeous, the cool colors combined with the radiant shine of that golden yellow green is fantastically done.
A beautiful, creaturesque twist to the world wide fairy tail.
The sea though could be better. Intended or not when drawing water you have an endless amount of oportunity to add detail and all kinds of pretty effects. Yet on a bright/dark note, that mock oil sea we.ed makes up for that quite nicely :)
