This glasses wearing ender dragon is Notte. When he hatched out of his egg he had hair for some strange reason. But no one really cared about that :p. He was abondoned in the overworld by accident by some endermen while scarching for a stolen dragon egg. He had lived in the overworld ever since. He got holes in his wings after being attacked shortly after being abandoned. Because of this he can't fly.
