WHY by ThunderFox
I work so hard, and nobody sees it, then some tracer comes along, and gets a billon likes and comments, its heart renching to pour emotions into drawing then see a fake get all the attention, i have only traced two pictures, pictures i took with my own camera, not saved from the internet browser like every tracer. this needs to stop

Sometimes I comment on traced paintings(rare), but never give a star. But on original artwork I comment and like it. :3 And I know that feeling... .w.

I agree with you Duncan (ThunderFox) for both things. one, I've traced in the past...but its the future now...right? anyway, also, Cloudz, you're an great artist, and I think you both deserve much better.

I'm sorry you don't get much likes! I hate how that works! "Oh, look! Some one traced a picture! I know it's not their work, but I know what they've drawn! DERP!" *gives star* "Oh! That's a really good picture! But I don't know what is is, or is about." *browses through different pictures* Now, I know this isn't the case for all people, but yeah. Again, I'm sorry. :(

There are four ways to get likes on Colors! 3D: Fan art, photorealism, political stances, and selling out and becoming a artist who draws pictures of scantily clad women. Tracers fall under fanart, and can draw extremely high quality pictures with minimal effort. ... I should start drawing fanart...

I forgot that establishing a fanbase means that once you get enough regular viewers from those methods I mentioned, your other, actually artistic paintings will be able to coast off their success.
