Bolt by Linzolle
Not quite sure where I was going with the colouring on this one. xD
Summer's mother was a Luxray, and she inherited some of her traits.
The main one surfaced on the back of her left hand. This mutation allowed her to discharge electricity from her palm, not unlike the Electro Bolt from BioShock.

Sorta like how flare is fire/electric because of his parents.
(A fire/fighting lucario mother and fire/electric typhlosion father, I NEED TO DRAW THEM theyve existed for a while and ive never got around to drawing tham XD)
