At first, I thought "Hey, Perish song is one of her abilities. Why not start with a P?"
Then I thought "Celebi is a grass type, and is known as the guardian of the forest. Nature should be in her name? Pnature."
And then I thought "Pnature? Thats terrible! First, I'll add an e. PEnature? Ahhh F.UCK it, I'll just call her Penny."
