Am I still cool guys? No? Ok.
The Dollmaker's Hand (as most of you have already seen) is a massive hand made from various slabs of flesh. As The Dollmaker itself cannot move from it's sanctuary, The Hand and it's female counterpart both allow the Dollmaker to spread his horrific deeds anywhere. Their doll heads function as a shield for their black brains and can spit caustic burning mucus. Scawwy!
