This RP will be in a human city, taking place @ night
Dogs/Cats wander in and out of her place for various hallucinogenics. She doesnt have anything but good ol' lsd currently

The tired, smokey colored Pomeranian layed half awake kn her dank sanctuary. This abandonded arcade was a place of wonders for her, especially when tripping. All she was on now was her drowsying meds (which she really doesn't need). Sleep kept vigilant watch incase someone came in looking for a hook-up...she didn't like being stolen from, though.

A chilly morning in the city. Wind blows throw the street and Neo adjusts her scarf so it covers her cold nose. The rank smell of the city covered the usual smell dirt and leaves that lingered over her. But it wasn't the city she was smelling, but instead the hidden headquarters of a drug dealer, selling forbidden fruits of chemical experiment.

Sleep's ears perked up. Was someone outside? She wasn't certain. She was about half a pill away from an overdose, so her senses were rather hazy at this point.

Neo sniffed again. "Nooo.... that's not... is it...?" She paused and rifled through her pouch for her phone (how does one dial without fingers?). "Where is it!?" She dropped her pouch and tore around in it, looking for her phone so she could turn in this wrong-doer. "DID I LEAVE IT AT WORK!?" She glanced back at the building from which the smells eminated and sighed. "Looks like I'll have to deal with this myself." She stood up, and faced the door.
