first her name is luna. i didn't want to name her that because ...... idk. and way, luna is like the mlp lune. she raises the moon and stars. right now shes learning how to fly. most lugias control water and most of my ocs do too, this one doesn't. she can walk on it, live in it but can't control it. #mandyspokemon
