i keep hallucinating, blacking out, and having really vivid i guess..visions? just of weird things, like i thought i was inside on the couch and i blink and no, i'm in my room?..
i'm shaking from fear, i'm gonna tell my mom what's happening but i doubt she'll believe me..
i'm so afraid

Yes it is from abuse but i think its just your mind changing. U should get help just in case its major. Hope everything turns out fine and stay safe.
