I like how you made it lighter and foggy far.ther away and more clear up close, but the problem I see the light squiggly lines. I suggest you make them on the sea floor, and a little less vibrant, try blending it in a bit.

Hey, Long time, no see, buddy! xD
Sorry for the silence. School is seriously taking its time tourchering me.
The only things I could suggest are keep the water a bit clearer and make the white in the water more octagonal-shaped. Then again, that's if you're going for a more anime-look. ^-^" But other than that, I don't have anything else to say other than IT'S FLIPPING AWESOME!!! xD
