Yea, my sister and I use to always come up with tons of different idea's for Sailor Scout costumes. Thanks for liking the pic. I like your manga/comic style it's awesome! Have you heard of Comic Workshop from the Nintendo e-shop? You should check it out. I bet you'ld be amazing with it. :D
