you'll probably need your parent pass'word, cause that's a setting for the "admin" of your laptop, there's two ways to access, though now that I think, depend how your win8 been installed, but at least on mine easy, go on the right, select option, parental setting and then see under time restriction, usually at that moment it asks a pass'word then you can change the settings.

I tried the steps I said on mine and it works, quite easy if you have the "admin" pass'word

You'll need to be ******.******* to acces any passwords. There are plenty of youtube vids out there showing how to do it, i was able to do it with my win8 pc :3 hope this helps
