In Majora's Mask, Majora gives you the Fierce Diety Mask after you give all the moon children all of your masks you collected on your quest. When Majora gives you this mask she/it mentions the Fierce Diety being more evil than her/it. This gives thoughts that the Fierce Diety is so evil that even Majora fears him/it.

Theres a glitch that lets you play as the Fierce Diety in any part of the game. i just dont know how to do it. ^-^'
