Saw your comment on Lofty_Lioness' post about panic attacks, and wanted to offer you a little help with that.
I don't know why you get panic attacks, but exercise can really help you stave it off.
Best I can recommend is to keep yourself active. Keep your mind engaged and let out frustration through exercise. Go on a jog through your community, or use the local pool's lap lanes. After about 10 minutes of moving without a break (it's important to not break the flow with a break, so make sure your pace isn't so fast that you you'll have to quit quickly), your mind will start to slip into a new mental state that slowly encroaches into meditation all while the rest of your body is experiencing the stress and renewing of blood flow and muscle activation. When your body is experiencing that, it is tearing down and rebuilding certain structures within your body to better help you adapt to the exercise. You are literally a different person after a good workout. This should help stave off panic attacks. it won't stop them, but it should help. Good luck!
