Well, actually, I think it's just called that because it's basically filled with tricks and tips on the computer software, but I just find the fact that the title says how to cheat, on a school textbook seems a bit ironic. :P

As for the fossil it's actually supposed to be in clouds, like if it was decending from the heavens... xD
