"So they took your blood?"
"Some of it, yeah." and he took another bite.
Boss could tell by her troubled gaze that Silent was lost to the purpose of all this.
"I have a rare type of blood, so they pay me to give it." he paused, "And the pastries are great." you could almost hear the smile in his voice.
"And you are potentially saving lives with it?" she sounded quizzical.
"Yeah." he said with a breathy sigh to it. He shrugged, brushing it off. "Potentially."

"I can't believe how humble you are!" She leaned over the side of the chair. "LIVES. There could be someone who could've been /dead/ if it wasn't for you! I want to donate aswell!"
The vivacity she exuded had a stark contrast to the somewhat subdued Boss.
"I guess we could ask." he managed to muster, being surprised with her sudden passion. He, quite simply, never seen her act that way before.
