I'm not going to tell you straight out. Rather, I'll tell you how I figured it out.
Even though it would be much easier for the both of us if I just told you.

Me and my sister- Aperi- we've known him for... well, a long time.
He didn't tell either of us he loved us before we died.
So... who was the one person he did say it to?

Well, think for a few moments, you're clever.

You were one of- if not the- first to talk to him, to interact with him. To say the least, you were probably the first he got along with.
He 'fangirled' when he learned you could sing.
You stuck through the longest, defended him the longest- you were probably the best person he'd ever met.
You probably kept him stable.

...admittedly, I was originally jealous that he liked you so much.

...ugh, I'm rambling again.

Point is, here, he really liked that you... well, to put it how he would, 'put up with him'.

I guess a crush developed over time.

I don't really know how his mind works, but that much I know is true.
