Honestly the only 3 diffs i can see between male and female in this game is when they dress up for weddings/music numbers, the falling in love with the opposite gender thing, and others refering to them as the gender you made them.
Otherwise, just pretend theyre actually the gender theyre supposed to be. It should work out.
