It's a Snake with a demon tail tip, wings, and a halo.

(and notice the demon tail tip is at the bottom, and the halo is at the top, and the wings are in the middle, but a tiny bit closer to the top)
everything represents something :P

The halo represents angels and heaven, the snake represents man kind, and how they can either go up and down, and they tend to sway from path.
