Boy, took time! I love the realistic world I made!
Backstory: Downpour was a teenage suragon by the time of the apocolysp. He and his family retreated as fast as they could from their home. Unfortunately calamity happened, fire bursted up from the ground below scortching his father brother and sister to de.ath and inj.ured his mother. "take our last bit of what remains of our family" the mother cried as flames came closer. "m- mom!? No! You have to follow me to safety

There's a cave over there, water flows undernieth it. if lava comes up, it will turn into obsidian before it reaches you." Downburst obeyed, took the sapphire and hid, feeding off bats and water that came in, untill he could come out again.

Downburst, untill this day looks for his link and is just beginning to manipulate water. He knows his link is out there... but where
(family: the mother protected her children from their father, whom relentlessly tried to ki.ll them, but he gave up after being burnes on the neck by the caring mother's fire)

Downpour senses humans approaching his cave. If this happens (and Dounpour doesn't trust the person) he'd transform into either a cobra or a wolf to chase the intruder out.
