So here's a few things that I did-
Mine (My style)- Obviously my style. /:D I have nothing to say here but it's just poor, shy Sigh. Don't worry, I care a lot for you as a plush. /XD
Wolf's Rain- WR has a more realistic style for their wolves, but Sigh isn't a wolf. So, I did some things. He still looks a bit wolf-ish, but he has the trademark Germie face. <3
Ginga- Ginga's style is very realistic yet cute and anime-ish at the same time. Apply it to Sigh.
Profit. /XD
Didney- If Sigh were a Disney character, I think they would animate him as sort of a eyore type character. So, I kinda made him blue looking. /:D
Old Cartoon- I decided to go for a more flinstones era than Steamboat Willie era, exagerating features. If I dislike any of these, it's this one. :l
Pokeymans- I tried using Sumigori's style for the fennekin/vulpix line, and I think it turned out quite well. :D I even incorperated some faux Ken shading!
mooorree
14 Aug, 2014, 3:18 am
Okami- I don't think Sigh would be a okami like Ammy or Chibi or Shiranui. :U He's a German shepard, not a wolf. So I think he'd actually be better of as a canine warrior (a german shepherd canine warrior would win my heart over <3). :D I switched his signature labcoat and tie for some canine warrior attire.
You choose- If you can guess what artist draws in this style, you deserve something nice
Vict- Tagged- Yuupp.

*Dice
3DS keyboard, you have failed me. Again.
14 Aug, 2014, 3:36 am
Lol, ooookayyy, I have no clue then. XD
BTW Why, do you like my 3ds? :P
14 Aug, 2014, 3:59 am
Re: Yeah, it really does sparkle irl. Like, its sparkly-er than any other color on a 3ds. :P
Speck is pretty fricking cute. X)
14 Aug, 2014, 4:14 am
Ooh, I like him in the other styles :3c
14 Aug, 2014, 4:16 am
Thanks, MCR! /:D
14 Aug, 2014, 4:18 am
Ooh and I'm making a #Hatoterasu plush and need to know what brand of fabric paint to use for her markings. Any suggestions?
14 Aug, 2014, 4:21 am
Oooo, I suggest using Tulip fabric markers, if you're using Minky. eue They work pretty well on it. I also love another brand, but it's downstairs and I'm too lazy to get out of bes. /XD
14 Aug, 2014, 4:23 am
I also suggest, if she's a big plush (big is 12 X 9 inches and up) to make a mini Gekigami child, put magnets in him, magnets in her mouth. XD I always have ideas foe plushies with magnets..
14 Aug, 2014, 4:26 am
Okay! *taking notes*
And for sewing; should I hand or machine? And what fabric is cheap, found in hobby lobby or Jo Ann fabrics, and not itchy?
And how many yards will I need? I plan on making her pretty big.
14 Aug, 2014, 4:34 am
Machine is faster, but if you mess up you MESS UP BIG TIME. D': Hand stiching takes more time and commitment, but fixing things is easy. :D
I use minky WHICH IS EXPENSIVE, but I suggest felt. :> It's not as soft or squishable, but you'll get a sturdy plushie that's very decorative. If she's a big plush, you'll need around 2 yards of white. :> Sigh was made from originally 2 and a half yards, which turned into half a yard with holes in it. /XD
14 Aug, 2014, 4:36 am
Satin would make some nice accesories also. :> Flannel might also work, but it frays. A lot. Fleece is also cozy.
14 Aug, 2014, 4:37 am
Fleece may be your best option, it is CHEAP (compaired to minky) and soft, and NOT ichy. :D Kinda ignore my felt comment, as it is kinda weak.. /:U
14 Aug, 2014, 4:39 am
Nice! I can get a lot of seperate sheets if felt for a few bucks. They're the size of a sheet of paper, is that fine? Oh! And some tips on doing limbs? Like, sewing them and attatching them?
14 Aug, 2014, 4:41 am
Also, you might want to buy some velcro for accesories. :D Sigh (who I'm holding right now) has a tie which is removable via velcro. If you want to give Hato multiple divine instruments, put some velcro on her back and make plush instruments, and VI.OLA! (Colorssss why) :D
(But it may take a lot of time. ;u;)
14 Aug, 2014, 4:41 am
If white fleece plus paint/markers is too expensive I'll just make Shinu, since she's one colour. Although... what would I do for scars?
14 Aug, 2014, 4:45 am
:D Most professional plushies (including Cutter, but not Sigh) have their bodies (Neck, chest, rear end, stomach, feet,) all together. :> But, if you want to do the feet seperately (I do advise doing this, it might be important), it's pretty simple. Feet are two long, fat squares (Fat depending on how wide you want the paws/legs to be, long based on how long :>), and a little circle for the bottom of the foot. You know how to flip it inside out, do you? :D
14 Aug, 2014, 4:47 am
Do you know embroidering? :0 If not, (cheap dark red-pink) fabric paint works well as a subsitute. But you can embroider scars, markings, etc. onto plushies. I like to make minky features though, it's softer that way. :>
14 Aug, 2014, 4:48 am
Yeah, tails take forever to flip though Dx (I made a 4 foot long lion tail once... pure hell I tell ya)
And Imma make her about 16 inches tall... I may make her in my chibi plush form though x)
14 Aug, 2014, 4:49 am
I believe I have pink fabric paint somewhere... plus, I may hhave leather to make Shinu's collar.
14 Aug, 2014, 4:51 am
FOUR FEET WOW MCR THAT'S AMAZING
:D Do you know how to weigh down feet? All my plushies are designed to stand on their own without wires, but weighing down can help your plsuhie stand by itself, no wires. :D You take the feet, and put in a heavy object (Rice, coins) to keep your plush stable. :D I didn't need to, but for a lot of plushie makers, this is super helpful.
14 Aug, 2014, 4:54 am
Don't those bags of beads work, too? I may just way them down with those from old, torn up stuffies. Oh, and I have a voice box that barks when pressed, I was thinking of putting it either in her forepaw or tail. (Depending on the type of plush I make)
14 Aug, 2014, 4:55 am
Leather and velcro would make a perfect collar! :D Yeah, paint seems to be a good choice. Also, if it dries down sort of like most, it'll create a skin like texture (like a real scar).
14 Aug, 2014, 4:56 am
They work too. XD I don't have any though, so for my first, practice, UGLY plushie I had to make do with rice. /XD
14 Aug, 2014, 4:58 am
Aaa, I'm mildly jealous you have that voicebox. /:D I wish I had those ones in which you could record things.
14 Aug, 2014, 5:00 am
Hooray for dogs who tear up beanie babies xD
And yus, that paint feel <3
I may dumb down the scars though; or else she'll be one pink blob x'D
14 Aug, 2014, 5:02 am
I get voice boxes out of my brother's old stuffed animals. He hates the noises when he lays down on one by accident x'D
14 Aug, 2014, 5:02 am
/XD My cat is just like a dog, exept he targets MY succulents. >:U
XD I'm not so good at painting either... I can draw, yes, but painting I'm not so good at.
14 Aug, 2014, 5:05 am
XD I have a sabertooth tiger that makes the steriotypical "dino roar" sound. XD I accidentally rolled onto it in my sleep, and it woke me up. /XD It's not in my bed anymore.
14 Aug, 2014, 5:05 am
I'll just have the nose and chest scars, plus a forehead one.
14 Aug, 2014, 5:06 am
My bed is covered in lions and wolves x'D
Ifyouwannaseewecouldexchangephonenumbershuehue
14 Aug, 2014, 5:07 am
:D Yeah, Shinu's nose and chest scar are her trademark features.
She's going to look wonderful. eue
14 Aug, 2014, 5:09 am
I think I'll make her chibi style so she can double as a pillow x'D
14 Aug, 2014, 5:10 am
/XD Mine is full of expensive pokemon plushes. I tried to buy a Yveltal, but my mom basicly said you have too many pokemon. /X'D I have a bowser, Dialgia, Cobalion (CAT LEAVE HIM ALONE), Cutterplush, Sighplush, A jack russel, a owl, and a angry bird. XD I had a lot more pokemon but they fall out all the time. /XD
14 Aug, 2014, 5:11 am
I also have a Puppycat, but my cat won't stop biting it. D:< It was pretty expensive too..
14 Aug, 2014, 5:13 am
/:0 My cat always goes after the EXPENSIVE ones.. l:U He's a sweetie, and he's teething, but seriously stop biting my japanese Cobalion cat..
14 Aug, 2014, 5:13 am
I mainly have assorted animals and pokemon <:D
My dog loves to tear the eyes off of them though umu
14 Aug, 2014, 5:13 am
XD Shinu pillow would be adorable.. Sounds comfy.
14 Aug, 2014, 5:16 am
/XD I might try to save up A LOT of money for fabric for a Sugar plusn.. To punch it. XD I would make a Nitruo, but maaann, he would be expensive.. (4 colors, 4 fabrriiccss)
14 Aug, 2014, 5:17 am
Reply-Well,I look at the ref back and forth to remember the colors and design without EVEN using the ref on the same picture.Sooner or later I might even not need to do that! <XD But sometimes I'm too lazy so I use a ref usually for the colors. XC
14 Aug, 2014, 5:19 am
NUUUUUUU NOT A SUGAR PLUSHIE!!! D: wellatleastyouremakingonesoyoucanpunchit XD Man I need a punchin' plush XD
14 Aug, 2014, 5:23 am
/XD I'm not a vio-lent person at all, but even though I haven't shown all of how much of a je.rk Sugar is yet (I aimed to make a cutesy character that is UNLIKEABLE as POSSIBLE). I succeded. /XD But she would be expensive too...
14 Aug, 2014, 5:24 am
XD I love making plushies of my charries, but honestly, a lot of them have 4 or more colors...
/XD They're too expensiivee
14 Aug, 2014, 5:30 am
