the Bible and the constitution are traced,I added the backround my self.the set-up is of my contrivence to make a point.
We as a nation have wanderd from our good moral values,and traded them for rules to suit our sinful desires.Our president does not care about the rules of his position,instead, he abuses hi authority over us as a nation.But as the bible says "This to shall pass!"

Re: You know how theres layers for the 3d right? Well first you draw your character or whomever you want to draw then color it, & when your done.... paste the drawing on the two layers behind the first one so now that you have your drawing on three layers erase not the whole thing just zigzag up & down with a small eraser & do the same thing with the second layer & when your done leave the 3rd layer the same don't erase it so then it will look like its glithing..... sorry if its confusing i'm not good at explaining things...... ono
