Test Subject 2900 by Umbra Dragon
New character. His name is Samishii, because he was alone when the scientists found him (he was a Vulpix still). He was a test subject but escaped about ten years later. He has some weird defects from the tests like ear-like things on the back of his actual ears and stuff, along with a few unnatural powers.
