He's not one to feel pity for others, he enjoys torturing his enemies and make them suffer before finally ending them. Anarchy uses the end of his tail to produce a black, smokey substance which can distract his enemies and make them suffocate if they don't get out quick enough. He is a creature know as an Infect(I need a better name DX), sunlight is the only thing that can destroy him, and Anarchy wishes to one day destroy the sun.
