Bio:Rosetta is C's younger sister She was born soon after C was sent to the Government and wasnt aloud to go around C while she was held in the backyard after she Came Back when she heard C ran away She thought she was dead. but one night she snuck outside and watched C sleep memorizing her face and ears then knew that one day she would meet her again and unite as sisters.
