ion is an illegal genetical enginered doberman pinscher. there was a company that took stray dogs in,made them fight, and turned the victors into genetical enginered cyborg dogs. they then sold the dogs to people who would use them as watchdogs. of course, making robotic suits that clamped onto their skin was illegal. but it would also k!ll the animal if it came off. they use remotes to control them. the metal part on the legs are encasing an implanted bomb. the people send out signals to the bomb using remotes. the glowing wires are what pick those up. of course the military shut them down but with many remaining cyborgs.
