Liberty Drowned (Story in description) by Tassadar
The day the second flood cleansed the earth, Only the few smart enough to survive, did. Few landmarks mark civilization from a past life of the earth. The Washington Monument, The Statue of Liberty, And the big ben, among others still stand. Man has developed floating cities, and underwater domes. There is only transportation by boat. All borders were dissolved and the landmarks are mere reminders of a lost world and bases for folklore.

The Liberty head was based on my wallpaper. I also Imported a photo with a shading color palette on it to use with Liberty.
The concept was loosely inspired by the movie Waterworld.
