This is Xaive (name is pronounced Za-ve) and he is an #amourdoux (species by @Top Hat ).
This is not traced. I only used a ref to get the body shape correct.
Xaive is a little mishaped. He has smaller feet than a normal Amourdoux, is the same size of an average horse, and slightly larger wings (but he still can't fly). He also lives in the mountains, but he will occasionally will go down to a forest. Xaive can jump high and his wings help with that. (info tbc in comments)
