Bandit by Crowley the Dragon
A new character.
Bandit is a spy/information dealer, and one of the many dragons who works for Crowley. He was an orphan and grew up alone in London city, learning to take care of himself. Although he can't fly, he's extremely fast and an expert climber. He isn't much of a fighter and would rather flee danger than face it.

He is roughly the same size as a lion. Personality-wise, he is cunning, intelligent, likes to cause trouble, doesn't really care about anyone, and loves food.
(Because he grew up on the city streets and had to live off scraps, he has a bit of an obsession with good food.)
