Sapphire's Shadow Wolf Final Mode by SapphireTheWolfDemon
This is the final form of the Shadow wolf thats inside Sapphire, once this form appears Sapphire can not return back to normal. She turned into this form during her fight with Pein/Pain after he said that if he had to k!ll her he would go after her wolf demon younger brother or Father.
