tried to draw a cartoony pretty girl face, came out as this rather mean piece of work. lack of talent, or my inner demons? hmm.

I suggest you do not draw every single teath, it will look less fierce. Also the eyebrows are maybe a bit thick. But actually I really like what you painted. I woulnd't have made any suggestions if it wasn't for your description :)

heh, yeah, lotsa teeth=fierce. i'm liking it the more i look at it though...
