Act 3:
The culprit drugged Mioda before she could yelp in pain from the jab of the sword.
The culprit dragged Mioda's corpse to Hiyoko's closet and closed her up in there.
They found an air vent right above the closet door and used their weapon to support themselves to the vent(of course they took it with them afterwards).
They snook into the Dining Hall before anyone got in. And they know they failed their main goal.
