I agree with your points, in a few ways i am a ghost follower, i spend alot of time away from my 3ds cause well.. i am 20 years old and have a life outside of my gadgets. I also switched my Jesichu account for this one so i had to ghost around a little because i am getting into drawing my new oc's and spending less time on the gallery liking a few of my favorite new pics and putting a quick comment here and there

Also from what I've experienced, the amount of unfollowing a user gets has little to no effect on the amount of likes and comments that user recieves on new pics. I got unfollowed by several people recently and I still got around the same amount of likes and comments that I always do on my paintings that I uploaded AFTER the unfollowings. :D
