Lo and behold, I have a ponysona.
No name nor Cutie Mark yet (see the expertly placed box), but I've got a concept under my belt.
She's an egg farmer from the outskirts of Ponyville (subject to change prob...all OCs come from Ponyville ">.>). She cares for all her birds immensely, however her favorite is a Topknot hen named Effie (was my real-life hen, but sadly passed away so now she's immortalized in ponydom).

If you call her 'standard' chickens 'standard', however, I hope you're prepared for a verbal whoopin'. She'll go on and on about how there's no such thing as a 'standard' chicken and give you a proper explanation on how she owns stark-white Leghorns, vibrantly-plumed Welsummers, meek Silkies, ebony Stars whose feathers sparkle green in the sunlight, stoic Orpingtons, intelligent Dominiques, quirky Legbars (which should NEVER be confused with Leghorns), plump, motherly Wyandottes, delicate Mille Fluers...and a hybrid she's developed herself that lays intricate, fully-decorated easter eggs.
Basically don't.
