Backstory: He worked at a charity for starving children. Every now and then, He'd take some kids and multilated and hung them with chains in an abandon house. Nobody suspected it was him, because he was a good guy. When investigators started solving the case, He comitted su.icide, by sitting in the house and setting it on fire. He burned to death. He arrived in heaven, and Arceus somehow didn't see his actions. But when he found out, he seized him. The guards chained him and hung him against the wall, he slowly had to tear his wings and skin to be free, but he fell. he fell out of heaven and into hell, landing in fire. He crawled out and there he stands, looking at his new home.

Other info: The chains holding his shoulder armor are pierced into him. Theres tight chains wrapping around his wings. He has tattoos on his legs (stripes). You can see charred bone on the tips of his wings. His tail is just orange. He has a cut only on his right side.
