As for your question, well, it's a bit hard to explain. In this picture, you already drew them smooth enough. In order to make them look "smoother" you have to make them thicker. Make them as thick as you want.
Since you have parkinson, I suggest doing small strokes while drawing so that when you get the reaction, you can just undo the mistake without erasing a lot of progress.
