Here's my new OFF Spectre OC! She can manipulate her own ectoplasm with the help of her two 'a.ssistant' Spectres at her side that she calls "Kappa" and "Tau". She used to be called the "Fox Devil" or the "Fox Queen", depending on the person's alliance with her. She can shapeshift into other Elsens, guardians, other Spectres, merchants and the Batter. She cannot, however, copy the appearance of a burnt Elsen. She can also grow and shrink to prank Elsens. (cont.)

To prevent any sort of purification from happening to her, she either disguises herself as a merchant with goods a merchant would have that she actually took from others or hide. If she disguises herself as a purifier, she can only do it for a limited amount of time, then go back to normal. Kappa is more powerful than Tau, but Kitzu only treats them as weapons. She may act sweet and playful, but if you get on her bad side, prepare to face a fox devil.
