Okay so I'm giving you the answer so *hands free cyber cookie* it's Rockman/Megaman Zero from the Rockman Zero manga (its rockman in Japan), and in the manga its COMPLETELY different from the games (I have the collection version so I got all 4) but its SO FUNNY! XD
If you wanna read it it's on mangahere.com/, and look up "Rockman Zero". Its hilarious. XD
