comment on other people's pictures alot with uplifting stuff, then they will come back and notice your art as "oh, this one nice person made this, and it looks good, i'll like it :)"

Also, the first comment is the best thing to do if you want your art to be noticed. I'm here since you commented on the doodle I called a picture XD.
Keep up the good work, make friends, comment, and post frequently might get your art to be noticed a lot more :D.
